What are the most common questions or concerns customers have about using a laundry service like yours?
We label and wash, dry, and bag all your laundry separately. Your laundry will not get mixed up with others'.
Can you walk me through the process of how a customer orders and receives their laundry service?
1) You would schedule a day Mon thru Fri for pick up 7-11 am. Let me know if it's Priority or next day and time of drop off, and how many bags
2) Put your bags of laundry outside your door
3) I would come and pick up the bags. Tag them with your name, address.
4) Take a photo, send it to you when I get service
5) Weigh each bag and see what you have in extras, like extra wash, stains, miles, comforters, soap etc,
6) I'll send you an email/ text with an invoice.
7) Then we sort, wash, dry, fold and bag your laundry.
8) Payment is made through PayPal, when payment is paid, I will then deliver your clean laundry.
Minimum bill is $30.00
